This trip hazard has been raised by senior members within the City of London Corporation. Please can it be updated to william.liston@cityoflondon.gov.uk be update as when the defect can be rectified.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
