Broken bollard island Blackstock Road

There is a broken bollard on the island in the middle of Blackstock Road on the North side (by the intersection with Rock Street). The broken bollard has been cordoned off but otherwise has been left as it is for months now. It is collecting litter and is unsightly. It needs repairing
