Street Lights still not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4196102.

I have reported faulty street lights on Burlington Lane on the A316 Red Route to streetcare.tfl.gov.uk multiple times over the last year in reports FMS3175471, FMS3069128, FMS3279693, FMS3813933, FMS3902940. On each occasion I am told that the fault will be investigated and fixed and the report closed. In the last year these lights have NEVER worked, The two street lights opposite no. 78 & 80 Burlington Lane have now been out for over a year, resulting in a black spot on this busy road which is dangerous for all road users. Please can some action be taken to fix these and this report not closed until it has been verified that the street lights are working again.
