L_Lighting - Issue type: Lighting fault. Street light type: Lamppost. Fault details: One light out. title: The red light for pedestrians is out on crossing

Detail: The red light for pedestrians is out on crossing going from The Albert pub to other side. So nearly run over as can't tell when to cross.
