One of the light is out in shelter again

Bus stop name: (E) (Hilldene Avenue Shopping Centre)
Location: located on Hilldene Avenue towards Harold Wood Station.
I reported one of lights not working on at this shelter on 19-01-2023 and the new light bulb was put in place but however the new light bulb has gone out again at in this shelter, please replace one of the light bulbs as there are 2 lights in this shelter, one is working and the other one is not working. It’s hard to notice any passengers waiting for a bus when it’s dark and especially if they are wearing dark clothing.
