It was blocked then and is still blocked now. MAJOR PROBLEM. During rain, causes knee-deep flooding necessitating Police to control miles of traffic and Fire Brigade to pump out houses. Many car engines ruined. NOTE: YOU ARE HEREBY DULY INFORMED. IN FUTURE, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FURTHER HOUSE OR VEHICLE DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THIS BLOCKED GULLY AND DRAIN. YOU HAVE IGNORED THIS MAJOR PROBLEM FAR TOO LONG.
