Traffic light not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4209854.

I think the pedestrian button is stuck in. Traffic Lights changing every few minutes for no reason. The pedestrian yellow box is always highlighted ’wait’ even though the button hasn’t been pressed. Needs to be looked at as cars are stopping for no reason. There has already been at least one rear end shunt.
