The tree is located infront of 27 Croydon Road

Large chunks of branches have been falling off the tree and it seems to be very dangerous, as it keeps shaking constantly, which puts the house in danger as well as people walking on the pathways and the road users. Furthermore, it causes sap on the cars leaving the paint work badly damaged, which leads to costly repair costs. You can see on the floor next to the tree that a large branches has fell off recently from the tree.
