Resubmitting with photo

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4212438.

As before pedestrian wait light not illuminating. Previous submission was responded to saying it was working. It's not working and hasn't been for several weeks or even months. This is the light on the North side of Plough Lane nearest the direction of traffic, ie facing west.
