This is a hazard to pedestrians. https://w3w.co/ posts.boxing.fears There is some confusion about the responsibility for this problem. TfL say it is the borough's. The borough say it's TfL. If this not a Lewisham Borough issue, please tell me precisely whose problem it is and how I can report it. Please note that streetcare.tfl.gov.uk will not accept it as their problem.

If this defect is confirmed as a safety issue this will be made safe within two hours. If a permanent repair is required, we will aim to carry it out within 28 days.
