Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4224176.
The pole near Boots pharmacy has been hit. It's leaning across the footway and dangerous.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with these traffic lights. We have therefore passed this to our contractors and as it is classed as an emergency. It will be made safe within 24 hours. It has now been 3 weeks since the damage to the traffic lights & the pole is still leaning dangerously. Nothing has been done & it has not been made safe. When will this be addressed
