Big pothole on slip road approaching crooked billet roundabout

Reported via mobile in the Pothole (major) category anonymously at 10:26, Tue 14 February 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4231018.

I was exiting the a406 on the slip road that approaches crooked billet roundabout around 21:40 pm, and dropped in a pothole.

When I got home parked and had a look at my wheel, my wheel was completely bent beyond repair. This sent a massive shock through my steering, and god knows what else is damaged. I will have to get my suspension checked to see if there is anything else broken.

I now have to replace my wheels and would like you to let me know how I your procedure of claiming so I can get my wheel replaced.

Thank you much.
