Entrance to forecourt Drainage channel damaged

Drainage channel is a trip hazard, as well as a hazard for vehicles entering the bp garage. This is on TFL land, not BP, this has been checked.

If the area of the drain cover is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
