Lights stuck on red!!

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4250187.

The lights at this junction never turn green!! This is a safety issue that TFL does not resolve or take seriously. There are always traffic jams and traffic build ups on St. Albans Road and High Street Barnet.
