Pedestrian signal never goes green
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category by Simon Di Franco at 09:05, Wednesday 22 February 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4253853.
On pressing the button the WAIT sign illuminates, the lights go through the cycle and the WAIT sign goes out, the standing pedestrian stays red. This crossing is 300m from 2 schools , is next to playing fields and next to an industrial estate. Watching children rush in front of HGVs this morning was disturbing, please treat as top priority.
