Keep left keep right bollards dirty

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4258725.

Reflectors on the keep right keep left bollards, unidentifiable in the dark as they are so dirty, I nearly drove into one when I was about to overtake a cyclist.

Visible in the daylight, not at night. Not reflective at all. Needs cleaning
