The traffic ligts are not woking properly
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 11:59, Tuesday 28 February 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4270341.
The traffic lights are out of sequence which means just as the approach on A41 turns red at the same time the lights on for traffic going to A1 turn Red and Amber, this means that if someone approaching breaks the light the traffic from the other side is being told to star - an accident waiting to happen because of faulty lights.
The near misses are very frequent at the junction and people are constantly honking because of the problem.
