Island demolished due to reflective sign not being cleaned

Island has been completely demolished because reflective sign had not been cleaned since installation.causing it not to be visible It was a inccident waiting to happen caused by lack of maintainence. The concrete bases are made far to high causing severe damage to vehicles and the occupant's hitting them.
