Wait buttons not working

Reported via mobile in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 10:08, Wednesday 8 March 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4291696.

Neither of the two wait buttons on the Sainsburys (west) side of Woodcote road are working. When the wait button in the other side of the road is pressed, the light often goes out again. This is really dangerous: the crossing is on a very busy road opposite Wallington station so commuters often dodge traffic to catch their trains because the pedestrian crossing is not working. This has been getting worse for 2 months now.
