There are temporary lights in operation but no roadworks taking place at all

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4294311.

Temporary lights have been placed on Falloden way but no roadworks taking place. No workers or even their vehicles on site and road is not even dug up. Its causing miles of tailbacks on Falloden way, A1 and A406 as its causing blocked traffic in Henley's corner junction. Remove the lights until they are ready to start the actual work.
