Pipe is broken and there is a leak to the underpass, causuing flooding.

The 1st image (JPG 105049.jpg) shows the pipe that is broken and daylight shining through from above.

The 2nd image (JPG 105114.jpg) shows the same pipe from the opposite side. Daylight cannot be seen.

The 3rd image (JPG 105124.jpg) is attempting to show the water running through and being blown slightly, hence the water is not landing immediately under where the pipe is broken, but you can’t see the water in this image.

I am writing on behalf of the landlord for the land under the highway. There is a carpark which is being impacted by the leak.
