Traffic lights all out A1000 junction with wood street

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4302099.

Every single traffic light is out on the A1000 junction with Wood Street - vehicles having to give way in 3 directions and there have been a number of near miss RTC's because of this. There was a collision with one of the traffic lights a few days ago but they were working fine after this. This issue has been since yesterday and is very dangerous
