Tags on bus stop not removed when last reported

Sent to TfL 1 week, 2 days, 22 hours, 24 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4307896.
There are still tags on the bus stop I reported this in January and while the one of the glass has been removed the others have not despite this being marked as Fixed

It looks like there has been an attempt to wipe the graffiti but it’s still not been removed I originally reported this months ago and does this usually take this long to get tags removed?
