Same problem occurred today 13th March 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4309131.

Traffic light is on red preventing vehicles turning to right from Morden road to Jubilee way.. I was there for more than 10 minutes, saw vehicles moving away and using Merantun Way to reach their destination. I went to B&Q, took a U turn and returned to Jubilee way from opposite direction. This is appears to be a constant problem. Removing filter light may be the solution? Please refer history of this issue.
