Traffic light is stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4309168.

Traffic light to allow turning right to Jubilee Way from Morden Road was on red. All vehicles then moved from the queue and used Merantun Way to reach their destination. I went to B& Q, turned around and approached Jubilee Way from opposite direction. IE from morden road turned left . This seems to be a constant issue since installation of filter light to turn right to jubilee way.
