Traffic lights are out and causing unsafe crossings

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4311453.

They disabled these lights when fixing an issue down the road, but they haven't enabled them again even though the road works are finished. Seeing lots of people dangerously running across the road because of it.
