A1 the main dual carriageway southbound from Mill Hill circus to five ways corner has been reduced to 1 Lane but there are no works being carried out. There are no workers or their vehicles present. Looks like resurfacing work was carried out overnight but they forgot to remove the lane closures after finishing. And it's causing long tailbacks for no reason whatsoever. REMOVE THE LANE CLOSURES
