Temporary traffic lights not working

Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 12:13, Friday 17 March 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4324736.

There are temporary traffic lights at the Shacklewell Lane/Crossway/A10 junction. However, the ones on Shackelewell Lane are not working. They remain permanently on red. Cars are running the red light due to this. It's also causing a very large queue of cars, many of which sit in the queue honking which is disturbing me as a resident. The temporary traffic lights have been there since Sunday 12th/Monday 13th I think and the queue of beeping cars has been an issue all week. However, I noticed the beeping getting worse today and have watched from my flat that the traffic lights aren't changing colours.
