Speed camera constantly flashing

The speed camera (facing towards Tottenham) in front of 341 Seven Sisters Road is constantly flashing - when cars drive past and when the road is empty.

This is still flashing. I'm sure people in the nearby windows are having a difficult time with the intensity of the flashes. Would be great to communicate it to the appropriate place. The website fixmystreet asks to fill in forms or use a phonecall which people either don't have time for, or does not work at this time at night. Help is appreciated!

Message sent to relevant Contractor that this camera is still intermittently flashing with no cars present to chase for attendance. MF
