The button is stuck in request mode

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 21:58, Saturday 18 March 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4329650.

This is for the newish Roskell Road/Rotherwood Road crossing which still doesn't appear on your map. It is again stuck on request mode though no one is waiting to cross. This means that the lights change approx. every 5 seconds. Concerned about implications for traffic/pollution. As this is the second time this same fault has occurred is there a problem with the lights/signal? It was broken for several days last time, Just noticed it happening again this evening.Thanks.
