Traffic lights not working properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4329882.

I have tried to pin down the traffic lights on the map but it does not seem to recognise traffic lights on Thomas lane where they are located . Last night these lights were not working properly as they were permanently stuck on red. Please look into it as this and correct it as this could can cause a major incident. Thanks you in advance
