Street lamp not working
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4334212.
This is an ongoing issue that still has not been resolved. The street lamp does not have a lamp on the top of the lamp post. This is a new lamp post that was installed to replace damaged lamp post. The stub of the damaged lamp post is still in place and has not been removed. Can you please advise on 1. when the new lamp post will be operational and 2. when the old lamp post stub will be removed.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This lighting problem has been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault here. We have now referred this to our contractors, and this will be fixed during our next scheduled works, or sooner if possible. If this issue is related to a power outage this may take longer.
