Following pooling report every time it rains, there is the addition of slippery muck and mud to negotiate. To the Mayor of London and TFL, every journey matters? It seems pedestrians are not included? This is continuously dangerous for people with disabilities, people with young children, pram and buggy pushers, indeed EVERY person trying to cross! It is a long term problem!
