The light is out in shelter 011 0100 and broken side panel (Sidcup bound traffic)

The light doesn't come on, I believe as a result of broken advertising side panel which is dangerously hanging out, resulting with no lights to the canopy of the shelter and the advertising panel. Very dark and very dangerous. Requires urgent attention to both the lights and the broken advertising panel.
