Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a non-urgent fault at these traffic lights. We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days. This light has been broken since June 2022. I called up and the agent filed a new report about this which has been unbelievably closed (https://streetcare.tfl.gov.uk/ report/ 4378491).
I've filed a formal complaint.
