Bus stop is showing closed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4344738.

Bus stop is hooded and closed, however bus app says stop open, I know Thames Water are working here but something needs to be done as we cannot use stop prior to Lambscroft Avenue as that has also been closed. Someone make it clear what stops are open and which are closed as you are now giving incorrect information.
