Blocked drain not fixed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4346759.

I've reported this blocked drain before (TfL ref: FMS4295482) and it looks like many other people have too. You claim that the drain had been fixed, I walked past their today and took another image and the mud is still right to the top of the grill. This seems like a common case with all the other reports of this drain. Why are you avoiding unblocking this drain? you can clearly see from the images of previous reports what happens when you avoid unlblocking this drain, yet you still dont do anything about it. if this drain is not sorted i will have to take further action against Tfl.
