Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4349830.

Scaffolding on the road, absolutely invisible, backed up by sandbags. No any warning signs before, no traffic cones. I crashed car on full speed into it and got big damage.

Our officers will attend the location and investigate the ownership. Once this has been confirmed we will report this to the owner and ask them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction.   • There is 4 street lights numbers 0200,0202,0204,0206 that do not turn on in the evenings for over 3 years on this stretch of road.
