Scaffolding on the road, absolutely invisible, backed up by sandbags

• Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. We have investigated this and regrettably we do not have a record of the owner of this scaffolding. Our officers will attend the location and investigate the ownership. Once this has been confirmed we will report this to the owner and ask them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction. We aim to have this done within in 28 days, however, on some occasions this can take longer.   There is 4 street lights numbers 0200,0202,0204,0206 that do not turn on in the evenings for over 3 years on this stretch of road.
