Flooding causing wall damage to private property

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 14:00, Thu 23 March 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4350253.

The lack of drainage on Stanstead road right outside St Dunstan's College, is causing the road to flood. As a result, large quantities of water is being thrown against the College wall in wet weather. I believe TfL have a duty of care to prevent damage to the property of landowners adjoining your routes. Is there a way to improve the water drainage on this TfL route to reduce the flooding and wall damage.

  • Please look into this urgently as this is causing damages to the property and the bottom of the bricks are falling/corroding. Floods are still there, buses are driving through and causing this big splash onto the school property,
