Countdown not working

TfL ref: FMS4358450.

It is a shame that it is taking so long to get this fixed. I have reported this problem from as far back as December 2021. Every time I keep reporting this issue in order to get it resolved, you acknowledge the issue and state that it will be fixed in 28 days.

It has been 1 year and 3 months and this problem is still not fixed.

The countdown does not display any bus arrival information.

I don't understand what it has taken this long and it still isn't fixed.

When will this finally be fixed?
