Manhole cover on Camden Road is rocking causing noise distress for all residents

Manhole cover on Camden road is loose again causing extensive noise everytime a vehicle drives over it. Very irritating for residents especially at night. Rocking manhole could potentially also be quite dangerous for motorcycles and bycicles. Issue keeps reoccurring needs to be properly fixed. Other manholes are showing cracks again as well, just a matter of time until they get loose again and cause noise.
