Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4362787.

Hi, the route information for the 2 308 bus is off by about 10 minutes and has been for months. For example, today the 8.31 bus actually came at 8.21, causing me to miss it. The next bus was not until 8.44 so I was late to work. Can this be looked into please? Those of us who have to walk a fair ways to a stop rely on this info to make sure we arrive at work and other places on time.
