The stop has been closed for WEEKS

Hello. This stop has been closed for weeks. Initially there were some roadworks going on. Now there is just a hole but no sign of any action. As a result I need to get off the stop before or the stop after and then walk to reach Hackney Downs station. As I am recovering from knee surgery this is far from ideal. I am sure there are others who are even more affected. Please can you sort this out - fill in the hole and open the bus stop again asap! Thank you.
