Major congestion, lack of progress with works

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4369889.

Without any prior warning, UKPN closed one lane of the A41 at this busy part of the network. Works appear to be taking a long time to complete, Why are they not working 24/7, there is terrible congestion all around the area and this must be impacting on emergency services and also public transport. Please ask UKPN to prioritise completing these works.
