Traffics lights are completely out at the lights going all ways from the roads Woodford new rd, top of Snaresbrook rd and forest rise E17 3NW been like this for at least at hour already and cars ain't slowing down at all from all directions as well as it's flooded/ wet and raining too , so I wouldn't be surprised if a crush will happen soon
