Traffic light not working since june despite multiple reports

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4378491.

Traffic light is not working and has not been working since June 2022. The light is directly putside St marys church (sw15 1sn) just by put lower richmond road and putney bridge approach. Its dangerous and peole have just been judging it to cross but its very dangerous. Customer has logged the latest one but each of the references has been logged but nothing has been done. Customer wants this taken seriously as its been 8/9 months and is not good enough.
