The traffic light stuck

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4378545.

The traffic lights don't change to green when cars are waiting to come out of Wick Village. All the other lights for the junctions change, but the one for Wick Village do not forcing cars that are waiting to cross the red light or be stuck in the cul de sac. Please fix this!!!
