Missing traffic lights
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 21:37, Thursday 30 March 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4379443.
There is a pedestrian crossing at the end of the A3036 outside St Thomas' hospital with a lot of foot traffic to the hospital. There is no traffic light for road vehicles entering onto the A3036/the southbound lane. As a result road vehicles very frequently cross when pedestrians are attempting to cross on green and even occasionally when the amber countdown has begun, this makes for an unsafe situation when road vehicles try to cut off especially vulnerable people walking or wheeling across.
