Lights keep flashing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4392659.

ALL lights at this junction, including the pedestrian lights, flash off and on twice approximately every 80 seconds. This has been like it for over a month, also reported previously as FMS4260605 which states the fault was fixed but it is still the same
