Cycle lane and pedestrian crossing spun 90 degrees
Reported via mobile in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 17:23, Monday 3 April 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4394318.
Cycle signal facing pedestrians and vice versa. Almost stepped into live traffic thinking it was green for me to cross. Signal is facing people coming out of Hammersmith station. Someone with poor eyesight is going to step into live traffic if left like this. The pedestrian and cycle green signals must have been rotated 90 degrees which means they now conflict with the vehicle traffic signals
